Super 300 Plus
Speed. Power. Versatility.
Flatbed Laser Engraving Has Evolved. This is What’s Next.
The Super 300 Plus is a production CO₂ laser engraver that runs at speeds no flatbed CO₂ laser can touch — up to 10X faster, depending on your material and application. A large-format process field up to 24″ x 24″, the fine detail you’d expect from a flatbed, and thin-material cutting like stencils in seconds. Standard dynamic 3D focus keeps the beam sharp across curved surfaces like drinkware and tumblers.
Super 300 Plus 300 Watt CO₂ Laser
Speed. Power. Versatility.
10x faster than gantry. Fractional cost of competing galvos.
Built for shops that outgrow their systems. The Super 300 brings speed, precision, and scalability without the premium price tag. Mark, engrave, or cut with even more detail than ever before.
Stop Buying More Flatbeds
Most shops run traditional flatbed CO₂ lasers, where every upgrade just led to another flatbed. We found the next-generation path — and built it into one machine.
The Super 300 Plus engraves the same materials you run today — wood, acrylic, leather, drinkware, Romark, Trolase, coated metals, and more — at a fraction of the time, with detail that matches a flatbed CO₂ laser. More output, less floor space, one machine to run it all.
Speed Isn't Just Faster. It's More Profitable.
Every second saved per part compounds across the run. Faster engraving doesn't just finish jobs sooner — it lowers your cost on every single piece, without ever compromising quality.
Lower Cost Per Unit
More parts per hour means your fixed costs spread across more pieces — driving down the cost of every unit you produce, on every job.
Faster Job Completion
Finish in a fraction of the time and take on volume and deadlines your competition simply can't meet. Quote shorter lead times and win more work.
Pristine Results, Every Job
The speed never costs you quality. Flatbed-level detail on the first part, the thousandth part, and every part in between — clean, sharp, and consistent.
Calculate Your Production Capacity
See how upgrading to the Super 300 Plus transforms your throughput and revenue potential.
*Based on typical production scenarios for 20oz tumblers running 8-hour days. Your actual results may vary based on job complexity and materials.
Standard Features
We built premium capabilities into the Super 300 Plus as standard equipment — not paid options. Even if you don't need every one today, they're ready when you do, with no upgrade to chase later.
Motorized Focus
Motorized focus replaces the manual hand crank. The operator measures the part height and enters it, and the laser positions itself precisely at the correct focus point.
Advantage: Fast, repeatable focus with no hand-cranking or guesswork.
Dynamic 3D Focus
Our dynamic 3D focus shifts the beam in real time to hold sharp focus across curved, round, and uneven surfaces — ideal for drinkware, tumblers, and cylindrical parts.
Advantage: A much larger focus range around a cylinder — often eliminating the need for a rotary.
Two Fields, One Click
Switch between a 24" and 24" large-format CO₂ engraving field at the click of a button — no hardware changes, instant flexibility.
Advantage: Step to the 24" field for slightly finer detail whenever a job calls for it.
Vacuum Hold-Down Grid Table
A vacuum grid table allows thin materials to be pulled flat against the surface — with the right exhaust system selected, paper, film, and stencils hold flat and stay perfectly in place.
Advantage: Thin substrates stay perfectly flat for clean edges and consistent focus — no manual taping required.
Open Access for Oversized Parts
Fully enclosed and eye-safe, with a removable shroud that opens three full sides of the machine.
Advantage: Oversized parts can overhang outside the machine with no frame interference — process parts larger than the enclosure itself, for applications like paint ablation on large panels and control surfaces.
A Flatbed's Detail. A Speed It Can't Match.
For years, the fine detail of a flatbed CO₂ laser came at the cost of speed. Our next-generation technology delivers both — flatbed-level detail at production speeds a flatbed can't approach, across a large continuous field.
01Flatbed-Level Detail
Crisp, fine detail and professional CO₂ engraving that holds up next to anything your flatbed produces today.
Advantage: Flatbed-quality results delivered far faster than any traditional flatbed — the heart of our next-generation technology.
02Production Throughput
Engrave up to 10X faster than a flatbed CO₂ laser depending on your material and application.
Advantage: One machine does the work of several flatbeds — reclaiming floor space, labor, and capital.
03Material Versatility
Engrave and mark wood, acrylic, leather, Romark, Trolase, drinkware, glass, stone, and more — one CO₂ laser across your entire catalog.
Advantage: It's still a CO₂ laser — run all the same materials you already process on your flatbed, with no learning curve.
04Fast Stencil & Thin Cutting
Cut stencils and thin materials — paper, Mylar, and HDPE — in seconds, with clean edges and no burn marks or scorching, even on white paper.
Advantage: Take on high-volume stencil and paper-cutting jobs that wouldn't be profitable on a flatbed.
Built to Outproduce the CO₂ Laser You Run Now
Most of the market still runs traditional flatbed CO₂ lasers. Here's the path forward — and where the Super 300 Plus production CO₂ laser fits.
What Can It Do?
120,000 stencils.
2.5 weeks. 2 machines.
A customer came to us with a job no one else could deliver in the timeframe. Two Super 300 Plus machines cut 120,000 stencils in two and a half weeks — and made the deadline.
Each stencil that takes a flatbed a minute or more, the Super 300 Plus cuts in seconds. That's the difference between a CO₂ laser that keeps pace and one that sets it — working for you on every run.
If This Sounds Too Good
To Be True — Test It.
We make a bold claim: flatbed detail at up to 10X the speed, across a large-format field, with dynamic 3D focus and camera registration included. Plenty of people don't believe it until they see it. So see it.
Send Us Your File — We'll Run It FreeOne CO₂ Laser, Across Your Whole Catalog
The Super 300 Plus engraves and marks the full range of CO₂ materials — and cuts thin materials and stencils fast and clean. From engraving stock like Romark and Trolase for sign making and name tags, to drinkware, wood, acrylic, leather, and stencil materials like paper, Mylar, and HDPE, it handles the work your shop takes on every day.

Are there any benefits of having a high-power laser system?
Absolutely! These laser systems offer numerous benefits, including increased speed, precision, and durability. These features lead to high throughput, which increases productivity and lowers long-term costs.
High-power laser systems, such as Radian Laser Systems’ Super 300 Plus Laser, also enable more precise and intricate marks with fine detail. This opens up a world of possibilities for everything from branding to creating barcodes on small parts.
Can I get deeper engraving with an advanced laser engraving machine?
Yes. Advanced laser systems often enable deeper engraving because of their higher power. This means that more powerful lasers, such as Radian Laser Systems’ CO2 laser, can penetrate deeper into materials in less time. These factors can also contribute to engraving depth:
- Use a High-Focused Lens: Only high-focused laser beams can achieve the required intensity for deep engraving.
- Decrease Speed: Lower speeds allow the laser to spend more time on each area. This helps lead to deeper cuts. Care must be taken with materials like wood, as this can cause burning.
- Perform Multiple Passes: Performing multiple passes at high speeds can increase depth. This is best for machines with lower power.
Can a beginner use a high-speed laser engraver?
Yes. With reliable support and tutorials, even beginners can use advanced systems like Radian Laser Systems’ Super 300 Plus Laser! We’ll send out technicians not only to help install our machine but also to teach you how to use it. We also offer a range of training videos to help you get the most out of your laser system.
