The Motorized Air Chuck (MAC) is a compact, vacuum-powered workholding device designed to revolutionize drinkware laser marking. By replacing the traditional rotary’s manual clamps with a simple suction-based grip, the MAC enables rapid, secure loading and unloading of tumblers, bottles, and mugs — without tools, screws, or constant re-leveling.

How It Works

With the MAC, a single toggle switch controls the suction. Turn it on, place your workpiece, and you’re ready to mark. Switching to a new piece is as easy as turning the suction off, removing the finished drinkware, and placing the next one. The adaptive chuck automatically accommodates different diameters, eliminating the need for manual diameter adjustments.

In contrast, traditional rotary devices require multiple steps:

• Loosening three separate locking layers with an Allen wrench or similar tool

• Removing the finished piece and inserting the new one

• Tightening all three layers again

• Manually re-leveling for accurate marking
